This is a blend of our limited specialty microlots. These microlots are located in the highest peaks of the farm which range from 1400 to 1500 meters above sea level. Our medium roast, allows the caramelized sugars to rise to the surface of the beans and highlight a chocolaty flavor with surprising hints of citrus. The resulting cup has a good body and a marked acidity with an overall flavor that is unique, and delicious.
The packaging we use for our coffees is a durable triple-ply material that protects the coffee from sunlight and oxygen. Each bag has a one-way valve that allows gases that are produced during roasting to escape and prevents any air or oxygen from entering the bag.
